LoveDelivery’s assortment of vegetables makes for a great brunch packed with vitamins and fiber. The best way to cook them is to slice them up into evenly sliced or chopped pieces. We like to put them together in a colorful palate. For instance:

An entire bulb of garlic with the top sliced off to be roasted at the same time is a delicious way to add flavor to the meal.
We suggest slightly boiling broccoli in water until bright green and then adding it to the mix, along with some lemon zest, olive oil and salt.
We usually drizzle olive oil over the mix and then sprinkle with salt and pepper and herbs de provence.
These roast vegetables can be used in pasta primavera, or eaten with some protein as a side dish, or splashed with feta cheese and stuffed inside a Pita.
This is one way to make vegetables all at once for a versatile way to serve them.
