Once you have selected your box, frequency, and start date, scroll to the top of the page and click on NEVER SENDS to choose what items you want and do not want.
In the NEVER SENDS page, click on FRUITS or VEGETABLES and in each section you can select ALWAYS, SOMETIMES, or NEVER for each fruit or vegetable.
At the bottom of the page, click the SUBMIT button, once you are happy with your choices. This will open a new page… scroll down to CLICK THIS BOX to return to the top level. Click the check to select your box and SUBMIT. PLEASE NOTE: You will have to do this individually for FRUITS, then again for VEGETABLES to make sure your order is properly customized to your liking.
Once you have submitted your order and we process it…relax, sit back and we will give you a call to confirm your order and information. We look forward to speaking with you, and thank you for choosing L.O.V.E. delivery!
If taking some time off for vacation, or just some time off from us: Log into our service in “Shop Online” by clicking the cart icon at the top of any page
- Click “TEMPORARILY CANCEL DELIVERIES”
- Select the dates that you will be away
- Submit your dates and have a great holiday!
Your order will resume regularly after your holiday dates have passed.
All cancellations WILL be confirmed with an email. Your cancellation is not complete until you receive a confirmation from our office. If you do not receive your confirmation within a couple of days please contact us again.
